These terms govern your use of the All Greens Wholesale Ltd website and purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. Prices are in GBP. Most fresh produce is zero-rated for VAT.
3. Ordering
By submitting an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we confirm by email.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely. You must be 18 or over to purchase.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. Fresh Produce
Inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours.
7. Consumer Rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
