We stand behind the quality of every item. If your produce arrives not fresh, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Returns Policy
As fresh produce is perishable, we cannot accept returns unless: items are not fresh upon arrival, significantly different from what was ordered, or damaged in transit.
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
You have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose. Report fresh produce issues within 24 hours of delivery.
