How fresh is your produce?+
All produce is sourced fresh daily from New Covent Garden Market. We select the best produce every morning from 4am and guarantee freshness on delivery.
Where do you source your exotic produce from?+
We work directly with farms and importers across the Caribbean, West Africa, South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh), and Southeast Asia.
What are your delivery areas?+
We deliver across the UK mainland. We currently cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Scottish Highlands. Contact us if unsure.
What is your delivery cost?+
Standard UK delivery is ÂŁ4.99. Orders over ÂŁ50 qualify for FREE delivery, automatically applied at checkout. Click & Collect is always free.
Can I collect my order?+
Yes! Select "Click & Collect" at checkout. Collect from Units 431–433, New Covent Garden Market, London SW8 5EQ. Mon–Sat 4am–11am, Sunday closed.
What if my produce arrives damaged or not fresh?+
Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Do you offer wholesale orders?+

How do I know if a product is in stock?+
"In Stock" = available. "Low Stock" = limited quantities. "Out of Stock" = cannot add to cart.
Can I request a specific produce item not listed?+
Absolutely! Email wholesale@allgreens.co.uk or call us. We can often source specific items through our wholesale connections.
